Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

 

1.⁠ ⁠Gift vouchers are valid for *5 years* from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable Irish consumer law.

2.⁠ ⁠Package gift vouchers may be redeemed for the specific package shown on the voucher *within 12 months* of the purchase date.

3.⁠ ⁠If a package gift voucher is redeemed *more than 12 months after the date of purchase, it will retain the **original amount paid* for the voucher and may be used as credit towards any current Secret Boudoir package or service at the prices in effect on the date of redemption. If the selected package or service exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance is payable by the client.

4.⁠ ⁠Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

5.⁠ ⁠Gift vouchers are transferable unless otherwise stated.

6.⁠ ⁠Bookings are subject to Secret Boudoir’s standard booking, cancellation and rescheduling policies in force at the time of booking.

7.⁠ ⁠Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers may not be replaced without proof of purchase.

8.⁠ ⁠Secret Boudoir reserves the right to amend package contents, products and pricing from time to time. Redemption of a voucher is always subject to the current package availability and studio policies.
