We ship to all Ireland. Products will be shipped within 48 hours from your order. (working days only).
If you are out of Ireland please contact us on sales@boudoir.ie so we can arrange the best delivery way for you.
Return Policy
All our products are carefully selected to ensure a great product for you. We hope you enjoy it very much.
However, you can check our returns policy below if you need to exchange your product for any:
For manufacturing defect:
If for any reason your part has any manufacturing defect, we promise to replace it for up to 90 days from the date of purchase free of charge. Send us an email describing the issue (if possible with photo) and we will be happy to arrange the exchange or refund.
Important:
Shipping or return shipping charges are not refunded unless items are returned due to a manufacturing defect. Please notify us of any errors or faulty items delivered within 2 days of receipt of the delivery by email (sales@boudoir.ie).
Change of mind?
Should you change your mind and wish to return or exchange your piece, you are free to do so within the first 30 days from the purchase once the item has not been worn.
All we ask is that you return the piece in perfect condition, along with the original packaging and proof of purchase. We do not accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.
We kindly ask you to read our site about the care and maintenance of our products to make sure that any problems that may occur have not been caused by wear.
